SIMBIOTICA HAIR HOUSE Client COVID19 Information 

Simbiotica Hair House wants you to know we have taken every measure to follow the guidelines of the CDC and CA.GOV. All of our surfaces have been disinfected, our staff trained, masks on and barriers are up! 

Please read the information and instructions below BEFORE you come in for your service! We can’t wait to see you all but want to make sure we also keep you ALL safe!

• You must wear a mask when you arrive for your service and throughout your entire appointment. If you do not have one we will supply one to you. 
• Please come alone. No animals or guest will be allowed 
• Download our COVID19 WAIVER, complete it and bring with you to your appointment 
• TEXT your STYLIST when you arrive in the parking lot 
• Y0UR STYLIST WILL TEXT YOU WHEN THEY ARE READY FOR YOU TO ENTER THE SALON 
• You may bring water bottles or covered beverages. No food is allowed. 
• You will be asked for the signed waiver and your temperature will be taken, it must be 99 degrees or below 
• You will then be taken to our “SANITATION STATION” to sanitize your hands. For extra security we will supply gloves if requested. 
• Then proceed to your stylist’s chair!
